Deposit
You have the option to pay the Deposit of € 400 with your Invoice at the time of Booking, or in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be returned to you after deduction of any damage and/or extra electricity consumption, within 2 weeks of departure.
Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total Rental Fee must be on our account after 1 week of the reservation. The remaining amount must be received at least 6 weeks before the arrival date. If this is not the case, we have the right to cancel the reservation without a refund of the deposit.
Cancellation
If canceled within 6 weeks before arrival, the total rent will be charged. Current Payment Process?
Tourist Tax
7% collected by the Local Government to support Tourism.
*We advise you to take out cancellation insurance and travel insurance in case you need to cancel or leave early.
